Shipping policy

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Although Flowertushbeauty is able to ship almost every order in the timeframe specified, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded, causing a delay.
Should this occur, your order will be marked for urgent delivery and we will reimburse you for the cost of postage.

2. Flowertushbeauty is unable to provide compensation for late deliveries. Compensation will not be provided for consequential losses (e.g., the time is taken off work).

3. If for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then Flowertushbeauty will inform you immediately via email when the item is received, and your order will be resent if postage is covered. Please note, for items that are undelivered through the fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address), Flowertushbeauty reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.

4. Delivery window:
Royal Mail 1 class (normally takes 1-2 working days)
Hermes (normally takes 1-2 working days)
UK MAIL Next Working Day Delivery

5. The order will be dispatched the same day if it is placed before 14:00
excluding weekends (Monday – Friday only).

6. Shipping charge is £2.90 for orders under £39.90.
