1. To accept RETURN of goods by us – You need to get in touch on email email@example.com We can only accept unused and unopened items.
2. In case of Returning goods we REFUND ONLY GOODS COST – POSTAGE COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE
3. You are always responsible for cost of return shipping, goods should be securely wrapped and packed to make sure there won’t be any damages.
4. You can return the items with in 30 days from purchase date.
5. If goods will be delivered to us damaged then we won’t refund money and we do not take any responsibility. You should contact Your shipping company to claim for damaged parcel.
6. When goods are returned. You are responsible to provide tracking number/ barcode number/ notification number that goods are delivered to us. Otherwise we won’t refund any money until we’ll receive goods in good condition
7. If goods are returned and delivered to us we have right to refund money up to 5 working days
