We are working hard to ensure that the recommended precautionary measures are in place to help prevent the risk of exposure. Since the outbreak began, we have been developing contingency plans that enable as much of our business as possible, to remain operational. This includes reinforcing best-practice guidelines on regular hand washing and providing antibacterial gels, wipes and other protective-wear, including medical gloves for picking, packing and shipping orders which are regularly changed and carefully disposed of.

All stocks of packaging at our distribution warehouse, have been in stock for a period of 1 week to 3 months. Packaging received from suppliers, is being quarantined in an isolated area for 48 hours before being made available for sale.

Working with our suppliers
We haven’t experienced any issues with stock availability because of the outbreak to date and are well prepared to mitigate against any potential impact. We continue to work in close partnership with our suppliers to ensure that we support your needs. Currently, there are no concerns over the Coronavirus outbreak within our business, which continues to operate as normal. We are continuing to monitor the situation daily and are closely following the guidance of the UK government and its agencies.
